NORMS is offering a new special on Feb. 22, with dinner for two for $22.22 from 2:22 to 9 p.m. Choose two meals from NORMS’ new limited-time menu including grilled or blackened salmon, grilled pork chops, fish and chips, chicken tenders and the Cowboy T-Bone.
