As a surge in COVID-19 cases continues, the city of West Hollywood is holding a virtual presentation of its WeHo Sounds Free Concert Series on three evenings in January and February.
The concert series begins on Tuesday, Jan. 25, at 7 p.m. with “The Bandit and The Queen” featuring vocalists Cody Belew and Hannah Blaylock, who have opened for Grammy-award winning country artists Little Big Town, Blake Shelton, Reba McEntire and Rascal Flatts.
Gregory Allison will perform on Tuesday, Feb. 8, at 7 p.m. The violinist’s training in South Indian classical music brings a melodic fluency and emotional spark to his compositions.
The series finale will be held on Friday, Feb. 22, at 7 p.m. and will feature the trio Charged Particles. Celebrating its 29th anniversary, Charged Particles performs funky Latin jazz and creative arrangements of jazz standards.
West Hollywood’s 2022 WeHo Sounds Free Concert Series is organized by the city’s Arts Division. For information, visit weho.org/wehosounds.
