Wow, your 75th Anniversary issue is amazing. I have truly enjoyed reading the articles and need to come visit all of the places described. The article by Amy Lyons is so heart-felt and special. What a tribute. All of the congratulatory full page four-color ads are so impressive. People love you guys.

The “Publisher” article on page 4 was beautiful. “Besides our children … running this newspaper has been our proudest achievement.”

I loved the Brian Boyé article and the article [Karen Villalpando] wrote about Nancy Silverton. I loved the way [she] spoke so personally about how the paper had to move to make way for her restaurant. And how cool to intertwine Silverton’s story with the Farmers Market talking about how one can purchase her burger mix at the market. And she talks about her favorite butter that she buys at Monsieur Marcel at the Market. Loved Rebecca Villalpando’s articles about the art museum and Gearys. Loved the article on the Peninsula and did not know about the amazing check-in /check-out times and airport shuttle. I want to stay there!

And…. I love Michael Villalpando’s “notable quotes.” Pat Miller is an avid reader of Readers Digest to this day!
