On June 28, Los Angeles City Councilman Paul Koretz, 5th District, presented a certificate to Brian Hollander, left, and Doug Weinstein, right, the new owners of the historic Diamond Bakery on Fairfax Avenue.
The bakery was founded in 1946 and offers challah, babka, cookies and their signature Racetrack pastry and Corn Rye.
