The Beverly Hilton offers Mediterranean fare and 360-degree rooftop views at Sant’olina. The hotel’s new rooftop dining is led by culinary team chefs Michael Teich, David Johns and Burt Bakman. Menu highlights include mujadarra, halumi, cauliflower tabbouleh, chickpea matbucha, lemonfish crudo, zucchini keftedes, bourekas, Pacific oysters and harissa cured salmon.

The Beverly Hilton also offers the Aqua Star Pool, the largest hotel pool in Beverly Hills, heated to 82 degrees year round, and Upgrade Labs, a 6,000-square-foot health and fitness retreat offering over 15 customized high-tech experiences for the mind and body. Shutters on the Beach is located next to miles of sandy beach. Hotel guests can book a luxe beach picnic with pillows for seating, a table and shade umbrella. The menu features Thai chicken lettuce wraps, Mediterranean platters, charcuterie with cheese, and mini lobster rolls.
