The poolside Easter brunch at Mercato offers a fresh and festive holiday menu, starting with a homemade pastry basket and a bottomless mimosa cart. Redbird Easter
On April 4, sit outside in the Redbird courtyard or garden to enjoy a special spring-influenced multi-course menu from chef Neal Fraser and team. Choose from a variety of dishes including white asparagus with Dungeness crab; king salmon nettle fondue with chanterelles and asparagus; duck confit chilaquiles with mole, avocado and a fried egg; or lamb belly hash with a poached egg. Du-Par’s Easter Dinner
The iconic L.A. eatery at the Original Farmers Market, Du-Par’s Restaurant is running an Easter dinner special, available for dine-in or pickup from April 1-4. Diners will receive a soup du jour starter, a bourbon-glazed salmon or ham, charred asparagus and creamy mashed potatoes, plus a slice of Du-Par’s famous pie. ‘Chad’ and Umami Burger partner
Starting today, a Persian-inspired CHAD burger will be available at Umami Burger locations at The Grove, Santa Monica and downtown L.A. To celebrate the new TBS show “Chad,” the above locations are giving away free Chad burgers, one per dine-in guest, the day the show premieres on April 6. Available from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. while supplies last, the Umami Chad burger is a unique recipe featuring a Kofta patty made with onions, garlic and various herbs and spices. The patty is then topped with lettuce, tomato, mint cucumber yogurt, parsley and Kewpie mayo. It comes with a recipe card for guests to recreate at home with each new episode that airs and a QR code for guests to scan that links to the show’s website.
