Rosewood STEM Magnet of Urban Planning and Urban Design will welcome students back April 20-22. Kindergarten through first graders will return on April 20, second and third grade classes will resume on April 21 and fourth and fifth grade students will return on April 22.
Although the campus will look different with physical distancing in classrooms and students wearing masks and undergoing daily temperature checks, administrators, families and students are looking forward to returning to campus and settling into routines. Principal Linda Kaye-Crowder said the Los Angeles Unified School District has ensured that schools are safe for everyone to return, and praised Superintendent Austin Beutner for this leadership.
The Rosewood STEM Magnet of Urban Planning & Urban Design is located at 503 N. Croft Ave. For information, call (323)651-0166, or visit rosewoodelementary.org.
