Re “‘Orange’ you glad they are helping?,” Feb. 11 issue

We can’t thank you enough for the front page, lead story about our project [at the Franklin Canyon Orange Grove]. We were thrilled and our board members in Beverly Hills all loved it.

I personally am also grateful for the inclusion of our Tom LaBonge Memorial Fund in your story [about his passing] a few weeks back. Tom loved the Beverly Press. He was all about community, as you know, and your newspaper does a lot to knit many neighborhoods together as a whole. Thanks for that.
