Pierce Brosnan, best known for playing James Bond in four films, including in “Tomorrow Never Dies,” is among the celebrities taking the virtual center stage for the American Red Cross Los Angeles Region storytelling event on Thursday, March 4.
The stories of resiliency and hope were gathered from all aspects of the Red Cross mission, including Disaster Relief, Blood Services and Service to the Armed Forces. Joining Brosnan will be Chloe Coleman (“Big Little Lies”), Charles Malik Whitfield (“The Temptations”), Elisabeth Röhm (“Law and Order”), Rita Rudner (“Melissa & Joey”) and more.
“This past year was tough, and though we were prepared, our workforce faced more than we could have imagined and lived through harrowing experiences,” American Red Cross Los Angeles Region CEO Joanne Nowlin said. “These stories are universal to what we all experienced last year, and they touch upon the tender moments of 2020. We are honored these Angelenos shared their experiences, and celebrities such as Pierce Brosnan add to the depth of what we are sharing.”
The event will be held on Thursday, starting with a virtual dinner reservation with celebrity chef Steve Samson for VIP Holders from 6:30 to 7 p.m. The storytelling event and auction will be held from 7 to 8 p.m.
