John Borghetti opened Nossa with new partner and executive chef Simone Bonelli, along with the chef’s wife, beverage director Michelle Biscieglia. Borghetti continues to run the original Farfalla Trattoria two doors down on Hillhurst Avenue, and his new Nossa menu is a combination of Californian, Brazilian and Italian cultural delights.
