Take an exciting trip on the Trolley at The Grove. Built on the historic undercarriage of a 1950s Boston streetcar, the Trolley travels along First Street through The Grove, taking visitors on a special tour of the property. Powered by electricity, it was the first transit system in the United States to use inductive power technology.
The Trolley operates from noon to 7:45 p.m., Sunday through Thursday; and 1 to 8:45 p.m., Friday and Saturday. The Trolley is recharged from 3:45 to 5 p.m., daily.
Only one-way trips are available at this time. Loading and unloading takes place in front of the Trolley Depot.
Frequent sanitization is used to safeguard health and safety. Guests are seated six feet apart in every other row to ensure physical distancing. Each row accommodates an individual or family. Conductors also announce health and safety protocols, and advise passengers that masks are required at all times.
The Grove is located at 189 The Grove Drive. For information, call (323)900-8080, or visit thegrovela.com.
