As part of its “Get a Shot and Get a Show” promotion, the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood announced that it is giving a free movie ticket to everyone who gets a COVID-19 vaccination.

People can use their COVID-19 vaccination record card for one free ticket per person to the movie theatre, which is home to the forecourt with movie star hand and footprints and the world’s largest IMAX theatre. The theater is currently closed to the public due to regulations regarding the coronavirus pandemic. But the theater is hoping to resume normal operations this spring, with plans to showcase a major roster of blockbuster movies and movie star handprint ceremonies through the remainder of 2021.
