The city of West Hollywood necessitates COVID-19 health and safety advisories to be posted in common areas and entrances in multifamily residential buildings. The city has created two health and safety advisories, which have been made available on the city’s website, and are regularly updated, one for important COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and another for important COVID-19 guidance for private gatherings.
Property managers and landlords are advised to download, print and post this required information in common areas for residents to review.
Downloads are available as PDFs at weho.org/coverthatface at the top of the page under “Required Flyers.”
City-required COVID-19 health and safety advisories for multifamily residential buildings are being regularly updated by the city of West Hollywood in order to align advisories with continually evolving information from the L.A. County Public Health Department.
Outreach regarding the advisory requirement is included in the Rent Stabilization & Housing newsletters and is being postcard-mailed to multifamily building landlords/property managers.
