The Rooftop by JG reopens at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
When restaurants had to close dine-in service, the Rooftop by JG underwent enhancement renovations. This Friday, June 12, the al fresco dining spot offering 360-degree views reopens. Reservations must be made ahead of time, as the restaurant helmed by award-winning chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten is capped at a reduced capacity. A maximum of six guests may sit at a table to meet current social distancing requirements. To maintain the health and safety of all guests, sanitation stations are available throughout the hotel and restaurant, and person-to-person contact will be limited through pay-at-table technology. The Rooftop by JG now has new menus with QR codes for viewing. To improve the guest experience and comfort, a new expansive trellis has been installed, providing adequate shade and heating for year-round comfort. The new daily hours begin for breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m., lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and dinner from 5 to 10 p.m. Seating is available at the rooftop lounge area and restaurant only, as the bar remains closed.
