Milky Way reopens
On Tuesday, June 2, Milky Way reopened for takeout, curbside pick-up and delivery via Postmates. When the stay-at-home order went into effect mid-March, the Milky Way closed its doors for dine-in for the safety of its guests and staff. Now, the team is excited to announce that Milky Way is open for families celebrating graduation and summer dining. After moving furniture, spacing tables 6 feet apart and implementing safety protocols for guests and teammates, Simmzy’s opened with new protocols. They installed hand sanitizer stations, offer single-use menus and hired a chief cleaning officer whose sole duty is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant from opening until closing.
