The Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide and Commercial Crimes divisions have formed the Safe LA Task Force to investigate serious crimes such as assault, arson, robbery, burglary and looting that occurred during civil unrest in Los Angeles beginning on May 29.

The Safe LA Task Force is seeking public assistance to identify individuals who were involved in serious criminal activities. Anyone with information is asked to call (213)486-6840. Video and photographic evidence is sought. The public may submit tips, videos and photographs by emailing
