The Office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Sheila Kuehl, 3rd District, joined community partners to hold a food distribution for people in need on June 17 at the Hollywood Bowl. More than 200,000 pounds of fresh produce and fruits, meat and dairy products were distributed to people from 2,936 households. The event was held in partnership with the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council, the Los Angeles County Parks Department and the Hollywood Bowl. Los Angeles City Councilman David Ryu, 4th District, volunteered at the event to help people in need.
