Los Angeles City Councilman Mitch O’Farrell, 13th District, recently worked with the Department of Recreation and Parks to trim the trees at Dorothy and Benjamin Smith Park, located at Franklin and Sycamore Avenues in Hollywood. The pocket park is used by neighbors in the community for exercise, yoga and recreation. O’Farrell commended city departments for providing services to improve community quality of life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
