The Griffith Observatory will hold an installment of its All Space Considered free public lecture series on Friday, March 6, at 7:30 p.m. in the Leonard Nimoy Event Horizon theater.
The program offers a look at some of the most talked about subjects in astronomy, science and space exploration, and programs are conducted on the first Friday of each month.
The March program will feature the results from the “Superbowl of Astronomy” and cover topics such as “SpaceX to Launch Astronauts from American Soil by Summer,” “Arrokoth Reveals Surprising Origins” and “Jupiter Not So Dry After All.”
People planning to attend are encouraged to ride the DASH Observatory bus from the Vermont/Sunset Metro Red Line station or from free parking at the Greek Theatre. The Observatory is located at 2800 E. Observatory Road. For information, call (213)473-0800, or visit griffithobservatory.org.
