Hollywood’s El Capitan Theatre continues its annual Valentine’s Day tradition by showing Disney’s animated classic “Lady and the Tramp” from Feb. 14-16.
To add to the romantic fun, guests entering the theater prior to the start of the 4 and 7 p.m. screenings will be entertained by vocalist Josephine Beavers and the 19-piece Ed Vodicka Orchestra, who will perform jazz renditions of classic love songs.
Guests will also have the opportunity to attend a sweetheart dinner at Miceli’s restaurant in Hollywood prior to evening screenings by purchasing a Sweetheart Dinner Package.
Seating is limited for the sweetheart dinner screenings at 5 p.m. on Feb. 14-16. Tickets are $50 per person and reservations are required. Packages include a movie ticket, reserved seating, popcorn and a 20 oz. bottled drink.
Sweetheart dinner guests can park at the El Capitan Theatre prior to dinner and will be shuttled to and from the El Capitan Theatre. Dinner choices are spaghetti with meatballs and marinara sauce or spaghetti with marinara sauce. Dinners will also include a garden salad, Miceli’s famous dinner rolls and two mini cannoli.
All guests need to check in for dinner between 4:45-5 p.m. Daily showtimes for “Lady and the Tramp” are 10 a.m., 1 p.m., 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.; Friday, Feb. 14, through Sunday, Feb. 16.
