Re “Celebrating Beverly Press’ 30th Anniversary,” Feb. 6 issue

I am so impressed with your reporting on the occasion of the newspaper’s 30th anniversary. It helped me recall so many important historical events, many of which I had long forgotten. Fond memories.

Ours is a remarkable and fascinating history, of which the Beverly Press is a key part.  Well done!   Congratulations to the Villalpando family, editor Ed Folven and your great staff of journalists and columnists. You set a good example for other newspapers to follow.
