Ring in 2020 at a New Year’s Eve celebration at Caruso’s at the Rosewood Miramar Beach luxury resort with exquisite cuisine, sommelier-selected wine pairings and Champagne specials.

A special five-course, prix fixe menu will be created by chef Massimo Falsini. An exclusive affair, the evening will offer three seatings, each with highlights including Stephanie’s sea urchin cromesquis, striped bass tartare, Santa Barbara spiny lobster and truffle-crusted A5 Kobe New York strips. Those who stay until the clock strikes midnight can enjoy a Champagne toast. At the Manor Bar New Year’s Eve Celebration, guests will enjoy celebratory Champagne offerings, party favors and dancing from 9 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., as well as a complimentary Champagne toast at midnight. The New Year’s Eve Dinner at Caruso’s will be offered at 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. The evening’s first seating is for all ages with the later seatings available for guests 21 and over. Seating are priced at $200 per adult ($300 with wine pairings) and $65 per child.
