The West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the city of West Hollywood, is promoting Eat Shop Play for the Holidays to support local businesses.

To kick off the festivities and encourage holiday shopping, eating and playing, Rock ‘n’ Roll Santa will be riding on the Sunset Trip shuttle from 5 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 13 and 20.

Not to be outshined by the Sunset Strip’s Santa, Hunky Santa will be riding the Pick-Up Line along Santa Monica Boulevard on Saturday, Dec. 14, from 8 p.m. to midnight and on Sunday Funday, Dec. 15, from 2 to 6 p.m.

The Santas will be distributing the popular Eat Shop Play reusable bags, courtesy of Athens Services, revamped with colorful holiday graphics. Bags can also be picked up at the chamber’s office at 8272 Santa Monica Blvd.

Reinforced by its website eatshopplayweho.com, the shop local program connects the local residents and visitors to the West Hollywood business community and provides incentives and discounts for shoppers.

A portion of proceeds from various businesses will go to the Los Angeles LGBT Culinary Arts Intern program.
