The Morrison Hotel Gallery at the Sunset Marquis hotel unveiled its Condé Nast Collection on Nov. 7. The exclusive event was hosted by John Varvatos and photographer Timothy White.
The Condé Nast Collection, a lineup of contemporary photography curated from the Condé Nast archive, features work from well-known photographers such as Edward Steichen, George Hoyningen-Heune, John Rawlings and Bert Stern.
These photographers’ images will be on display as archival prints for collectors and art lovers to view, enjoy and make a part of their personal collection.
Curated by White and Condé Nast Corporate Photography Director Ivan Shaw, this collection features a grouping of 30 prints that include Joni Mitchell in a pensive pose, Audrey Hepburn and a temple-clutching Jack Nicholson. Each image was chosen for its impact on the historical direction of photography, fashion, art and pop culture.
After its unveiling, the collection is showcased on a dedicated wall in Morrison Hotel Gallery locations in West Hollywood, New York City and Maui. The prints will also be available for purchase online via all of the gallery’s digital channels.
The Morrison Hotel Gallery is located at 1200 Alta Loma Road, West Hollywood. For information, visit morrisonhotelgallery.com.
