LA Animal Services is offering reduced and waived pet adoption fees through Thanksgiving weekend to help people find a new furry friend.

The reduced and waived adoption fees are available on cats, kittens, dogs and puppies from Friday, Nov. 29, through Sunday, Dec. 1, at all LA Animal Services shelters, including the West L.A. shelter at 11361 W. Pico Blvd.

Adoption fees include vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery and microchipping. While dog adoption fees are reduced, Los Angeles residents will be charged a $20 dog license fee. For information, call (888)452-7381, or visit laanimalservices.com.
