Discover one-of-a-kind artwork for sale from 200 artists representing more than 40 tribal nations during the Autry Museum of the American West’s annual American Indian Arts Marketplace.  On Nov. 9-10 from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., the Autry will host artistic expressions of Native American poetry, dance, and the annual Short Play Festival from Native Voices, the Autry’s resident theatre company.

The Marketplace offers something for everyone, with top artists from across the country selling sculptures, pottery, beadwork, basketry, photography, paintings, jewelry, textiles and more. The Marshall McKay and Sharon Rogers-McKay Juried Competition will award 22 prizes in 11 categories, as well as a Best of Show prize and the Jackie Autry Purchase Award. In honor of the many Native American veterans who have served this country, the Autry will offer free admission for all active military personnel and veterans (with ID).

Cultural activities will take place across the Autry’s campus. The Native Voices Artists Ensemble presents the Native Voices Ninth Annual Short Play Festival: “Bones, Bingo, & Blackjack.”
