On Sunday, Nov. 10, Angelenos can celebrate autumn’s glory in L.A.’s largest urban park.
Now in its third year, the Griffith Park Harvest Festival is a free, all-day celebration that brings together visitors and residents from across Los Angeles on Veteran’s Day weekend.
Guests are invited to enjoy live music, a variety of innovative food trucks, a beer garden featuring independent craft brews, dozens of local vendor booths, plus a kids zone that includes a climbing wall, bounce houses, pumpkin painting and more.
Once the sun sets at around 5:15 p.m., the acclaimed Disney-Pixar film “Coco” will be screened under the stars.
Vendors include Farm Fresh to You, which offers organic produce and handcrafted farm products, local craft beers curated by the Los Angeles County Brewers Guild, and food trucks like the Grilled Cheese Truck and the Taco Cartel. Entertainers include the Hammerstein Band and Dizzy Box Nine.
The Griffith Park Harvest Festival lasts from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and parking is free at the upper parking lot above the merry-go-round.
Griffith Park is located at 4730 Crystal Springs Drive. For information, visit laparksfoundation.org.
