Prominent area residents Winston and Julie Stromberg have announced the birth of daughter Astrid Eleanor Stromberg on Saturday, July 27, at 1:36 p.m. Astrid weighed 7 pounds 13 ounces and measured 21.5 inches. She joins brothers Julien, 7, and Leo, 3. “We are all overjoyed,” said Julie Stromberg, who also serves on the Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council.
