Looking for a dinner option that’s sure to please the kids? La Brea Bakery is hosting “Grilled Cheese Night” tonight, April 25 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. April is National Grilled Cheese Month and La Brea Bakery’s executive chef, Henk Drakulich, will be serving up specialty grilled cheese sandwiches in celebration. Choose from the classic made with a blend of cheddar, Monterey jack and fontina on country white bread; the cowboy with braised short rib, cheddar, caramelized onions and garlic mustard; the Santa Fe with southwest style pork belly, avocado cilantro spread and jack cheese on French bread; or Nancy’s autostrada with provolone, mortadella, coppa, salami, prosciutto and pepperoncini.
