The Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council welcomed newly elected board members and new board officers on April 10. They include Erica Gutierrez (left); Julie Stromberg, who was elected secretary; Brian Donahoe; John Winther; Bobbie Kumetz; Max Kirkham, who was elected vice president; Caroline Labiner-Moser, who was elected president; Tammy Rosato (back, partially blocked); Conrad Starr (back); GWNC Administrator Shirlee Fuqua; Patricia Carroll; Tucker Carney; Charles D’Atri; Jennifer Devore; Scott Appel; Philip Farha; Hayden Conner Ashworth; Jeffry Carpenter; Karen Gilman; and Mike Genewick. Board members not pictured are Owen Smith and John Gresham. The Greater Wilshire Neighborhood Council serves the areas between the general boundaries of La Brea Avenue, Willoughby and Melrose avenues, Western Avenue and Manhattan Place, and Olympic Boulevard.
