[Instead of a photograph of West Hollywood Mayor John D’Amico on the front page], why not a picture of the two women who came in first and second?

Editor’s note: We decided to use the picture of John D’Amico because he had just become West Hollywood mayor the day before the election, which added some significance to his reelection, as noted in the caption in the print edition. We included headshots of Mayor Pro Tem Lindsey Horvath and Councilwoman Lauren Meister on page 21 of the print edition, where the story continued.
