The Ebell of Los Angeles will honor two women who campaigned to establish a Woman’s History Museum in Washington, D.C., at its March luncheon on Monday, March 4, at 11:30 a.m.
The program, which salutes Women’s History Month in March, features a discussion by Susan Scanlan and Elana Pianko-Ginsburg, who serve on the board of the proposed museum. Scanlan helped found the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues, which has seen women representatives in Congress grow from 18 to 94. Pianko-Ginsburg is a member of the National Organization of Women Business Owners and Women’s Leadership Exchange.
The cost is $30 for members; $40 for nonmembers. The Ebell of Los Angeles is located at 743 S. Lucerne Blvd. Reservations are required.
