On Monday, Feb. 25, IsraAID will be honored by the city of Beverly Hills for its leadership in the field of health and safety. Every month, the city of Beverly Hills Heath and Safety Commission honors an individual or group who has contributed to the mission of the city’s commission.

IsraAID’s Humanitarian Professionals Network Director Farah D. Shamolian will be honored alongside Director of Outreach and Engagement Rachel Wallace. The chairman of the board, Sherry Weinman, will also be honored. The honor will take place at commission’s weekly meeting.

The IsraAID Humanitarian Professionals Network is an international network of professionals at the vanguard of global aid relief activities, that recently launched in Los Angeles. Members of the network receive expert briefings, trainings in emergency-preparedness and humanitarian aid, and priority access to deploy on IsraAID missions.
