Chef Wayne Elias (right) and Crumble Catering partner Chris Diamond (left) recently prepared thousands of dishes at the Steven Tyler Grammy Awards 2019 Viewing Party at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood. Elias and Diamond were joined by Tyler and his girlfriend, Aimee Preston. The party raised $2.8 million for the Janie’s Fund’s programs helping girls who have suffered abuse and neglect. The benefit was hosted by Jane Lynch. Next up for chef Elias and his team of 150 waiters, cooks, servers and bartenders is the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday, Feb. 24, in West Hollywood.
