The Wilshire Rotary Pumpkin Patch is celebrating its 12th year on Larchmont Boulevard with a variety of pumpkins, gourds and squash available for purchase. Proceeds from the pumpkin patch and the upcoming annual Christmas tree lot benefit charities and community service projects in Los Angeles and abroad through the Wilshire Rotary Foundation and Rotary International Foundation.
On Sunday, Oct. 21, the patch will host a “Halloween Hoedown” from 2 to 4 p.m. with music by Rob Faucette and the C. Words (Country is Not a Dirty Word), who perform family friendly country and bluegrass music. The event will also have two bounce houses and visitors can play the spinning wheel game. The hoedown is free and food is available for purchase.
Pumpkin Patch visitors can choose from over 20,000 pounds of squash. Hours are 2-6 p.m., Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
The Wilshire Rotary Pumpkin Patch is located at 568 N. Larchmont Blvd. For information, email email@example.com, or visit wilshirerotary.org.
