Prospective students and families are invited to visit and explore the 21-acre campus west of downtown Los Angeles. Loyola’s administrators, faculty and staff will answer questions and explain the 153-year-old Catholic Jesuit prep school’s thriving academic and co-curricular programs, as well as financial aid options.
Students and their parents can also tour Loyola High School during the Eighth Grade Student and Parent Visitors’ Day on Monday, Nov. 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Loyola high students will accompany each eighth grader as he navigates classes and the historic campus. The prospective student will attend two classes and spend the recess period with his Loyola guide.
Parents of the eighth-grade students are encouraged to participate in a parallel program/tour with information provided by admissions, administration, faculty and students while the eighth graders are in class. Given that classes are in session, Loyola can only accommodate the eighth grader and his parents. Siblings are welcome to attend the open house on Oct. 28th. The Loyola High School Eighth Grade Student and Parent Visitors’ Day is an optional program and has no bearing on the admissions decision.
Loyola High School is located at 1901 Venice Blvd. For information, visit loyolahs.edu.
