Detectives are searching for three male suspects who committed a home invasion robbery in the Hollywood Hills during the early morning hours of Sept. 24.
The robbery was reported at approximately 4:23 a.m. in the 3300 block of Oak Glen Drive, which is located in the Cahuenga Pass west of the Hollywood (101) Freeway near Barham Boulevard. The suspects allegedly forced entry into the house and struck one of the occupants with a handgun. Small items such as jewelry and cash were stolen.
Los Angeles Police Department spokeswoman Norma Eisenman said the suspects were black men wearing all black clothing. Few details were available because of the ongoing investigation.
“The victim could not give us a description of a vehicle they used,” Eisenman added. “Right now, they are still investigating.”
Detectives with the LAPD’s North Hollywood Division are investigating because the location is within their jurisdiction. Anyone with information is urged to call (818)754-8301.
