Paella and art at Bar Garcia
Tonight, Sept. 20, Bar Garcia will host an art party and serve paella made by chef Juan Pablo Torre. Enjoy live music at this free celebration as the artist Chadwick will host a live art session at 10 p.m. Bar Garcia’s rotating art series showcases local artists’ custom installations, blurring the line between gallery and restaurant. On Sept. 27, from 6 to 9 p.m., the Central Hollywood Coalition presents the seventh annual Hollywood food festival Sunset & Dine. Ticket holders can enjoy food, wine and beer from more than 20 restaurants located near the famed intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vine Street. Favorites include small bites from Wood & Vine, CB Bistro, Banh Oui, Duidough Café & Cookie Lab, Bibibop Asian Grill, Loteria Grill and Urban Masala. Yoga and mimosas at La Peer Hotel
