Tanabata festival at Hinoki & the Bird
On Friday, Aug. 10, and Saturday, Aug. 11, celebrate Tanabata – the Star Festival – at Hinoki & the Bird. Chef Brandon Kida is preparing a five-course, prix fixe tasting menu. The special dinner is $85 per person with seating available from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. 10 W. Century Drive. (310)552-1200.
