Weaving together engineering, digital arts, robotics, media, academic research and entrepreneurship, CEI serves as an idea incubator, where students and faculty from across multiple disciplines can discover and learn in a space designed to enhance collaboration and experiential learning.
The CEI includes a digital media studio built in consultation with engineers from Google and YouTube, multiple collaborative workspaces, an ideation and maker space, a student-led help desk and student-led entrepreneurial kiosk, and is home to Marlborough’s three robotics teams and entrepreneurship classes.
“At the root of our mission at Marlborough is a commitment to inspiring and empowering each student to imagine where her curiosity can take her, both here at Marlborough and well into her future as a learner and a leader,” said Priscilla Sands, head of the school. “This new space will provide the school community with opportunities to learn, socialize, and grow in ways that will position all our students for success in college, career and life.”
Marlborough School is located at 250 S. Rossmore Ave. For information, visit marlborough.org
