Starting July 13, dineL.A. celebrates 10 years. This year’s 15-day series showcases the diversity of culinary talent across Los Angeles. Rustic Canyon’s vegetarian dinners
Every Tuesday in July, chef and co-owner Jeremy Fox and chef de cuisine Andy Doubrava are creating a five-course vegetarian tasting menu to showcase the versatility of Southern California produce. Culver City’s ‘SummerTini’ tasting
On July 18, look for balloons in Culver City’s downtown area between 5 to 9 p.m. for free summer fun. Check in at any participating business to pick up a “Third Wednesday Tasting” passport. Farmers market flavors at Small Batch
The family-friendly artisanal ice cream shop Small Batch by “Top Chef” Season 14 winner Brooke Williamson and husband and co-chef Nick Roberts is now open in Mar Vista. The rotating menu of seasonal, house-made ice cream flavors are created by Playa Provisions’ pastry chef Lindsay Kirk using only fresh and natural ingredients found at the local farmers market. Small Batch’s menu features ice cream, sorbets, popsicles, shakes and ice cream sandwiches. There are over 150 fun topping choices.
