Open to boys and girls in kindergarten through ninth grade, the program offers enrichment opportunities that will inspire, challenge and excite students as they discover new experiences and build on existing talents.
Art classes will teach students to express themselves through dance, painting and music. Smart classes will reinforce skills, challenge students’ abilities and take them beyond traditional classroom learning. Heart classes will get students moving to develop their physical wellbeing.
The Summer School program runs for five weeks every Monday through Friday from June 25 through July 27. The earliest classes begin at 8:15 a.m. Before school care is available beginning at 7 a.m. and after school care ends at 5 p.m.
Additionally, Marlborough Summer School is hosting Leadership Week for girls entering the sixth through eighth grades this fall. The special week-long sessions are from June 11-15 and June 18-22. They help girls build confidence, and offer experiences and activities to help them become leaders. The special workshop has limited enrollment.
To keep students active, Marlborough Summer School will also offer one-week, day and evening sports camps from June 11-15 and June 18-June 22, in addition to classes during the regular summer session.
Marlborough School is located at 250 S. Rossmore Ave. For information, visit marlboroughsummerschool.org.
