The city of West Hollywood is inviting families to the Youth Halloween Carnival 2017 on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 2 to 5 p.m. at its new location in Plummer Park.

The curious and delightful adventure through Wonderland will take place on the park’s Vista Lawn, located at 7377 Santa Monica Blvd. A costume contest will be held from 3 to 4:30 p.m. and the event will feature dancing, a magic show, face painting, caricatures, wax hands, a photo booth, entertainment and food trucks. Costumes are encouraged.
