The Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation (LADF) will host its third annual Blue Diamond Gala on Thursday, June 8 at Dodger Stadium.

The event will feature a concert by Grammy Award-winning bands Maroon 5 and Earth, Wind & Fire. It will also include Dodgers players and coaches.

“For more than two decades, the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation has worked to drive positive change throughout Southern California,” said Mark Walter, Dodger owner and chairman of the LADF Board. “The funds we raise from our third annual Blue Diamond Gala will advance our mission of building healthy communities and supporting the academic success of children in need across the region. We look forward to joining our many supporters, including Maroon 5 and Earth, Wind & Fire, on the field at Dodger Stadium to strengthen some of the most challenged communities in Los Angeles.”

LADF is the official team charity of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Its primary focus is to support cornerstone programs benefitting children and families in need throughout the greater Los Angeles region. Since inception, the LADF has invested over $18 million into the L.A. community in the form of direct programs and grant making to local organizations, impacting millions of children. Proceeds from the Blue Diamond Gala will support the expansion of its direct programs, Dodgers Dreamfields and Dodger RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), enabling LADF to reach its goal of building 50 baseball fields in underserved communities and attain its vision of impacting the lives of 10,000 young boys and girls, utilizing the power of sport.

Serving as this year’s event chairs for the LADF Blue Diamond Gala are Mary Hart and Burt Sugarman, Sharon and Joe Hernandez, and Cathi and John Bendheim.

The evening will begin with a star-studded blue carpet, and include a pre-show dinner party with two hours of entertainment and post-show food trucks.
