Five people sustained minor injuries on May 21 in a collision at the intersection of La Cienega and Sunset Boulevards in West Hollywood.
At approximately 9 p.m., a vehicle traveling east on Sunset Boulevard collided with a car making a left turn from westbound Sunset Boulevard onto south La Cienega Boulevard. One of the vehicles jumped a curb and went onto a sidewalk at the southeast corner of the intersection, injuring four pedestrians, said Sgt. Jeff Bishop, with the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station.
Paramedics took the four victims to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for treatment of minor injuries. A passenger in one of the vehicles was also hospitalized and released.
Bishop described the incident as an accident. No arrests were made and the cause is under investigation.
