Spring, led by Michelins star chef Tony Esnault and his wife Yassmin Sarmadi, will serve a French-themed Valentine dinner on Saturday, Feb. 11 and Valentine’s Day, Tuesday, Feb. 14. Start with The Love Bird – a playful spin on a classic Hummingbird cocktail with St. Germain, Cremant de Savoie and fresh raspberries. The four-course dinner for $95 per person begins with salade Hivernale and noix de Saint Jacques with marinated Hokkaido scallops. Entrées include parsnip agnolotti, risotto au safran, slowly cooked striped bass and Strauss’ grass fed New York steak. Wine may be paired with each dish for an additional $48.
