Father Truc Nguyen, pastor of Los Angeles Cathedral Chapel of St. Vibiana, has announced that the church’s 2016 Christmas celebration will include a raffle prize of a trip to the Holy Land, including round-trip air fare for two and an eight-day tour of religious and historic sites in Israel. The travel package was gifted to Cathedral Chapel of St. Vibiana by Turkish Airlines.

“This year’s gift of such magnitude for our raffle prize makes it possible to more widely promote our church and humanitarian activities and make the possibility of winning open to all who are interested,” Truc said. “While our celebration event has limited seating, those participating in the raffle need not be present at the drawing.”

The airline tickets are valid for one year. The package includes a stop in Turkey, where participants can visit the sites of the first churches. In addition to the air fare, Gigi Inigo, owner of Style Your Trip Travel, has contributed a package including hotels, sightseeing and meals.
