Hundreds of residents recently attended the 10th annual Frogtown Artwalk, an event which celebrates local artisan and craft studios along the L.A. River. Councilman Mitch O’Farrell (second from right), 13th District, presented a proclamation to Lewis MacAdams (second from left), who is known as the Godfather of the Los Angeles River.
