Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles awarded Three-Year Health and Human Service Accreditation by CARF International.
On July 7, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, or CARF International, announced that Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles has been accredited for a period of three years for case management services, community housing for mental health facilities and domestic violence shelters, and outpatient mental health treatment programs for children, adolescents, and adults.
The latest accreditation is the second consecutive three-year accreditation that the international accrediting body, CARF, has awarded to Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles.
“Receiving this three-year CARF accreditation is a strong testament to the quality of services delivered by Jewish Family Service’s staff and volunteers to our clients,” said CEO Paul S. Castro. “Ensuring we provide the best possible care is our agency’s highest priority, and we are honored to be recognized for the work we do to help families in need.”
This decision represents the highest level of accreditation that can be awarded to an organization. For information, visit www.jfsla.org.
