The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association will present the 38th annual Playboy Jazz Festival on Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12 at the Hollywood Bowl.
The festival will feature an emerging generation of jazz artists as well as superstars of the genre. Performers include Fourplay with Nathan East, Bob James, Chuck Loeb and Harvey Mason, Cécile McLorin Salvant, Seth MacFarlane with conductor Joel McNeely and Janelle Monáe. George Lopez will host the event.
The Hollywood Bowl, with a with a seating capacity of nearly 18,000, has been the summer home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic since opening in 1922.
